Taoist Tai Chi™
For Health and Well-Being

Since ancient times, Taoists have been renowned for the cultivation of health and harmony in both body and spirit. To make the benefits of this tradition available to people everywhere, Master Moy Lin-shin, a Taoist monk, founded the International Taoist Tai Chi Society in 1970. Since then, members in 27 countries have found the Taoist Tai Chi Society™ internal arts of health to be profoundly effective for people of all ages and abilities. We invite you to experience one of our classes for yourself and discover a genuine path to health and well-being.

The Western Region website includes information for Alberta, Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories. If you are interested in other regions there are links on our International website. As well, you will find more background about the health benefits of Taoist Tai Chi™ internal arts and methods and about our founder, Master Moy Lin-shin.
